The Verrado Utilities Council is a charter panel of volunteer residents, an advisory committee operating under the overall
direction of the Board of Directors of the Verrado Community Association, Inc.
We inform and empower residents on utility matters that affect Verrado and Victory through advocacy, communication, intervention, and workshops.
